- Guarantied response time after receiving the call (excluding labour and travel): 8 working hours

- Access to telephone assistance from Monday to Friday from 8am to 5pm
- Flat fee for breakdown repair during business hours (labour and travel but excluding battery)
- Supplying and replacing worn parts (excluding battery)

Harmony
- An annual preventive visit during business hours and days
- Curative visits during business hours (labour and travel) included under the contract
