SA3IMany apprentices and interns began their careers at SA3I!
Working in our company means being part of a team of professionals, it means developing independence, being at the core of the profession’s challenges and participating in rewarding project development and being able to evolve in a setting that allows internal mobility.
Many of them have decided to stay at SA3I because, beyond training, we also love keeping our skilled employees! The divisions that are hiring: technicians, support functions.
Some speak of their experience and their day-to-day life within the company!
Mohamed - 25 years old
Business Apprentice supporting Key Accounts
I really enjoyed my first experience as as a sales representative . I decided to resume my studies, doing a “BTS NRC” (Advanced Technician Certificate in customer relations and negotiations) in order to combine my theoretical knowledge to that I learnt during fieldwork. Within SA3I, I am the intermediary between the client and the technicians.
For me, this company is different to others because, as apprentices, we have responsibilities and carry out numerous tasks. This allows us to gain extensive experience and acquire a greater degree of autonomy. It also allows us to discover versatility, which is essential for taking on the responsibilities that we could encounter during our professional careers.
Koloina - 20 years old
Assistant Manager Apprentice
The apprenticeship, although it may be a very recent experience for me, has already been very instructive. At the end of my BTS (Advanced Technician Certificate), I think I will have acquired many skills in different areas thanks to SA3I.
Beyond the operational aspect, I was immediately considered to be a fully-fledged member. Which has allowed me to quickly acquire autonomy, versatility and maturity! And to better take on today’s working world!
Nina - 20 years old
Assistant Manager Apprentice
I chose to continue my studies by doing an Assistant Manager “BTS” (Advanced Technician Certificate) as an apprentice because it’s a great way to gain experience and to take on the business world.
My experience has been very positive, as it’s very instructive. I have developed a great level of versatility and an administrative back up that is superior to what I would have had at the end of a 2-year post-secondary education.
Furthermore, the opportunity to see and “touch on” multiple departments has allowed me to fine-tune my preferences. The direction I will take in my studies and the choice of my future apprenticeship will therefore be greatly facilitated. In short, an apprenticeship in this company is the best possible learning experience!
Christine - 20 years old
Assistant Sales Manager
My learning is incorporated within my “DUT Techniques de commercialisation” course (University Technology Degree in commercialisation techniques). I have very varied tasks: verifying and sorting subcontracts; establishing adjustment invoices; BtoB prospecting assignments; preparing meetings: answering phone calls; helping to organize the company’s events…
Thanks to my SA3I experience, I feel more confident in my duties and my actions. I am in charge of organizing my tasks and have developed good time management which is essential for juggling time in class and time at work.
Eren
Technician and former apprentice
What I have particularly appreciated while working at SA3I, is the fact that we’re so different to our competition. We have the resources to be reactive and efficient whether it be technically or in our commercial responses.
Furthermore, supplying multi-brands is rewarding as it allows the technical teams to be versatile and for us to continually develop our skills. Finally, one of the strong points remains the relationship that we are able to create with our clients as each technician monitor’s their own clients, year after year.
Jean-Michel
Technician
I carried out my apprenticeship as an itinerant service technician during 2 years within SA3I. What I really enjoyed was the fact that I was considered to be a fully-fledged member within the team of technicians.
Thanks to this new experience: I discovered the professional world, I gained new knowledge and improved my technical level especially in the field of inverters (USB) and I completed my “BTS” (Advanced Technician Certificate)!
I’m happy to be able to work today as a qualified technician within a dynamic, rigorous team, that is eager to constantly improve.
